TODAY'S ACCA OPINION 
Today, the Army Court of Criminal Appeals released this unpublished, memorandum opinion in U.S. v. Ireland, No. ARMY 20040028. In a 2 page opinion, the court affirms the conviction and a reassessed sentence.
